MINIMUM NIGHTS

Our 2 Bedroom Chalets have no minimum stay, our 3 Bedroom Chalets and the Beachfront Loft Chalet have a minimum stay duration of two nights all year.

Some dates have a higher minimum stay durations, which apply to all chalets:

• For long weekends, a 3 night minimum stay duration applies
• For Easter (Good Friday to Easter Tuesday), a 4 night minimum stay duration applies
• For Christmas (Christmas Eve to New Year's Day), a 5 night minimum stay duration applies

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

• If you are unable to use your reservation and cancel earlier than 5 days before your booked arrival date, we can hold your payment for a later date at no cost.
• If you prefer a refund, a $30 per night administration fee will be charged.
• If you cancel your reservation less than 5 days before your booked arrival date there is no refund available.
• If you cancel your reservation less than 2 days before your booked arrival date then no deferral or refund is available.
